Program Manager – Innovation Portfolio

Key responsibilities

• Engage with governance bodies and Portfolio Managers to ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Set clear tactical direction for programs, optimizing value creation and execution.
• Manage interdependencies across projects and ensure resource synergies.
• Ensure agreed KPIs are met and apply best program/project management practices.
• Assure deliveries follow the Coloplast Development stage‑gate model.
• Carry out stakeholder management and maintain effective communication with cross‑functional partners.
• Maintain program budgets and ensure product manufacturing cost meets objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Innovation Portfolio Management department.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience delivering complex technical projects.
• At least 5 years experience in project or program management within R&D organizations.
• Minimum 5 years experience working with medical devices or a similarly regulated industry.
• Strong networking skills and proactive personal development approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
