About the role

Coloplast’s Master Thesis Program offers final‑year master students the chance to combine academic research with hands‑on experience in a global healthcare company. The selected thesis focuses on operational excellence by benchmarking manufacturing and operations practices of leading organisations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and select benchmark companies across industries and geographies.
• Develop a structured framework to compare strategic, operational, organisational and technological parameters.
• Gather and analyse data from public sources, databases, academic research and expert interviews.
• Assess Coloplast’s relative position and highlight emerging trends and best practices.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to Global Operations for future improvement.

Required profile

• Studies in Business, Engineering, Operations or related fields.
• Strong market research and analysis capabilities.
• Interest in supply chain, manufacturing and global operations.
