Product Portfolio Support Manager

About the role

You will join an international Product Management team based in Humlebæk, part of the Product Strategy and Development group. The role supports the Wound and Tissue Repair portfolio, collaborating with R&D, Global Operations, Marketing and Sales to ensure efficient portfolio operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for markets and cross‑functional stakeholders, resolving routine portfolio questions and coordinating broader alignment.
• Lead defined portfolio projects and smaller workstreams from scoping and planning through execution, risk management and follow‑up.
• Support processes and system tasks, including MDR activities and claim document reviews.
• Own and coordinate IFU and labeling updates, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and systems.
• Assist quality reviews and supply‑chain processes, and support internal and external events.
• Drive planning and follow‑ups from team meetings.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating portfolio activities and independently leading projects from scope to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Passion for collaboration and comfort working with complexity in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; healthcare or med‑tech experience is an advantage.
