Pet Nutrition Student Worker, International Customer Team

About the role

Mars is looking for a student worker for its International Customer Team within Pet Nutrition Europe. The role offers hands-on experience in an international commercial environment, supporting some of Europe's largest retail customers. You will work on business analysis, customer reporting and strategic projects across several European markets, alongside Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance and Supply teams. It is part-time, about 15-20 hours per week, spread over at least two working days.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop customer reporting tools and databases used by the International Customer Team.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse performance data across European markets, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support the preparation of customer reviews, presentations and business updates for key international retailers.
• Contribute to strategic projects such as portfolio management, category analysis, innovation tracking and pricing initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial projects and business performance improvements.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field, expected to graduate in 2028 or later.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and business reporting.
• Effective written and spoken English.
• Proactive, well organised, detail-oriented, and interested in Sales, Customer Development and the FMCG industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
