Metrology Specialist – EHS & Metrology (R&D Centre of Excellence)

About the role

Join Coloplast’s EHS & Metrology team at the HQ in Humlebæk and help shape the future of calibration capabilities for R&D laboratory equipment. You will work in a collaborative competence centre focused on metrology, qualification, compliance and safety, ensuring reliable, high‑performance equipment for product testing.

Key responsibilities

• Define calibration requirements and act as a key sparring partner for R&D colleagues.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for calibration, writing and reviewing internal instructions and procedures.
• Handle and review calibration‑related deviations (NCs) and support corrective actions.
• Investigate non‑conforming calibration events, perform trend and root‑cause analysis.
• Manage equipment‑related change controls and actions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation aligns with Coloplast guidelines and external standards.

Required profile

• Good technical know‑how of equipment, processes and systems.
• Experience with audits, documentation and compliance.
• Background in a similar role defining calibration requirements and handling quality events.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Danish is an advantage.
