Master Thesis Program – Connected Care Services for HCPs

About the role

The Master Thesis Program offers final‑year master students the chance to combine academic research with hands‑on experience at a global healthcare company. Participants work on a real strategic challenge – creating value for healthcare professionals through connected care services – and contribute insights that can shape future business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant needs of healthcare professionals (HCPs) related to connected care services.
• Examine existing approaches and develop concepts to improve patient‑journey continuity.
• Define and explore potential service, tool, workflow, or collaboration models.
• Focus research on a specific market, HCP group, or service concept based on interests.
• Collaborate with the Chronic Care Commercial and Customer Experience teams to align concepts with business objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s students in service design, customer experience, behavioural science, healthcare management, digital health, innovation or business strategy.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
