Manager, Pre‑Sales & Solution Engineering – Nordics

About the role

Celonis is looking for a Manager to lead its Pre‑Sales and Solution Engineering team for the Nordics. The role oversees the end‑to‑end customer value journey, drives adoption, expansion and renewal of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, and acts as a trusted advisor to senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Value Engineers to identify, frame and deliver business value for prospects and existing customers across the Nordics.
• Own the full customer value journey – landing, expanding, adoption and renewal – and communicate strategic road‑maps to C‑level executives.
• Guide customers through the Celonis Value Journey, support deployment of new features, apps and products, and host Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews.
• Recruit, mentor and develop high‑performing Value Engineers while championing Celonis leadership principles.

Required profile

• Proven domain expertise in finance, supply chain or similar business areas and experience with strategic transformation initiatives.
• Deep industry knowledge of C‑suite challenges and ability to build integrated Process Intelligence road‑maps.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and value‑selling experience, including discovery, qualification and PoV delivery.
