Senior Solution Architect

About the role

Elastic is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to act as a technical authority and trusted advisor for customers, partners and the sales team across the EMEA region. You will help customers solve business challenges using the Elastic Stack and contribute to the growth of Elastic’s Search AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in the assigned territory.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic’s offerings address them.
• Participate in all phases of the sales cycle, from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic products at sales meetings, meetups and conferences.
• Advise the sales team on positioning Elastic solutions and enable partners throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Proven success in a technical presales role within the enterprise sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell modern platforms, software and technologies.
• Strong curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Track record of influencing teams and inspiring groups.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.
