About the role

Bygma is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead its packaging and shipping operations from the Støvring logistics centre, specifically handling deliveries to Greenland. You will head the logistics department, ensuring smooth warehouse flow and on‑time deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organise the daily operations of the warehouse and distribution unit.
• Oversee order picking, packing and dispatch of building materials to Greenland.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑structured storage environment and enforce quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee a seamless supply chain.
• Manage up to six team members, set expectations and monitor performance.
• Motivate staff, encourage personal development and step in to assist when needed.

Required profile

• Strong understanding that an efficient warehouse needs order and structure.
• Ability to make decisions independently and motivate a team.
• Willingness to work hands‑on as part of a cohesive group.
• Experience in logistics and shipping, preferably with knowledge of Greenland shipments.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.

Required skills

• Truck certification.
• Valid driving licence.
• Good IT proficiency.
