Senior Airport Services Agent (Copenhagen)

About the role

Emirates, a globally award‑winning airline, is seeking a Senior Airport Services Agent to join its Copenhagen team. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment delivering world‑class passenger service and supporting safe, on‑time departures.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality passenger service at check‑in, boarding, arrivals and special service areas.
• Coordinate boarding activities, flight documentation and post‑flight reconciliation.
• Provide guidance to team members and oversee operational areas to maintain service excellence.
• Liaise with service providers such as Chauffeur Drive and Ground Handling Agents.
• Manage passenger issues related to baggage, visas, excess baggage, delays, disruptions and denied boarding.
• Prepare operational reports, statistics and flight documentation while maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promptly report incidents or equipment damage.
• Act as deputy to the Check‑in Supervisor, conduct flight briefings and allocate resources.
• Support the Ticket Desk during staffing shortages, perform credit‑card verification and travel‑document checks.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in airport passenger services operations.
• Working knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS).
• Completion of professional training in Passenger Services and Ground Operations.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Danish.
