Head of Value Engineering – Nordics

About the role

Celonis is seeking a Head of Value Engineering for the Nordics to lead a dynamic team that drives end‑to‑end customer value journeys, from landing and expanding accounts to renewals and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and frame value opportunities for prospects and customers.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption and renewal.
• Serve as executive sponsor, positioning Celonis as a strategic transformation platform.
• Lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey, deploying new features, apps and products.
• Host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to communicate results.

Required profile

• Domain expertise in finance or supply chain and experience in strategic transformation initiatives.
• Deep industry knowledge of C‑suite challenges and ability to build a Celonis roadmap.
• Proven leadership, executive stakeholder management and talent development skills.

Required skills

• Celonis Process Intelligence platform knowledge.
• Building dashboards, Apps and Action Flows.
• Project management and value‑selling methodology.
