Head of Growth, Media

About the role

We are looking for a senior commercial leader to accelerate the growth of DEPT®’s Media business in Denmark. The Head of Growth, Media will build a sustainable pipeline, convert opportunities into long‑term client relationships and act as a public face of the agency in the Danish market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow the new‑business pipeline for DEPT®’s Media business in Denmark.
• Lead major media pitches from initial conversation through to conversion.
• Build senior relationships with prospective clients and become a trusted advisor.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client portfolios and develop actionable account plans.
• Connect client challenges to DEPT® capabilities across Creative, Experience, Commerce, CRM, Data & AI and Technology.
• Lead, coach and develop the Danish Media Growth team.
• Represent DEPT® at industry events, client sessions and roundtables.

Required profile

• Significant experience in new‑business, growth or commercial leadership within a digital media or integrated agency environment.
• Strong network within the Copenhagen media, marketing and advertising ecosystem.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and converting pitches into long‑term client relationships.
• Deep understanding of modern digital media and ability to discuss its impact on business growth with senior marketing leaders.
• Approachable, collaborative leader who can bring people together internally and externally.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create momentum and get things done.
