Head of Sales Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales Operations to lead our Danish office in Copenhagen, driving growth and profitability. You will shape the sales strategy, build commercial expertise, and inspire a high‑performance team while reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Build a robust lead‑generation system.
• Drive sales performance and consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Recruit, develop and lead a top‑class sales team once key milestones are reached.
• Participate in budgeting, set organisational goals and monitor KPIs.
• Represent CVX at events, conferences and networking gatherings.
• Collaborate closely with other senior leaders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in venture capital, high‑growth startups or fast‑paced environments.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with senior management and board members.
• Ability to build trust with company leaders and inspire teams.
• Humility and passion for building and scaling new ventures.

Required skills

• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Established network within the Danish startup ecosystem.
