Head of Sales Denmark

About the role

CVX Ventures, one of Europe’s fastest‑growing venture investors, is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead its Danish operations in Copenhagen. You will shape the sales strategy, drive commercial expertise and ensure long‑term profitability while inspiring a high‑performance team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Build a strong lead‑generation system.
• Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• When targets are achieved, recruit, develop and lead a top‑class sales team.
• Participate actively in budgeting and set organisational goals.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve performance through action plans.
• Represent CVX at events, conferences and networking gatherings.
• Collaborate closely with other senior leaders.
• Report directly to the CEO.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in venture capital, high‑growth startups or fast‑paced environments.
• Natural talent for selling and a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• High work ethic, strong sense of urgency and a drive to be the best in the field.
• Proactive ownership mindset and ability to build trust with company leaders.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Humility and passion for building and scaling new businesses.
• Fluent in Danish and English, with a network in the Danish startup ecosystem.
