Associate Account Executive – Nordic Region

About the role

The Associate Account Executive is the primary outbound hunter for CM.com’s Nordic region. You will build pipeline, win new customers and expand the company’s presence across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for SMS, omnichannel messaging, AI‑driven marketing and broader cloud solutions.
• Research prospects and engage via personalized email, social channels and direct outreach.
• Leverage tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism to maximise outreach efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Executives and product specialists to refine targeting and accelerate deal cycles.
• Work closely with the Nordic Lead, Marketing Manager and global product teams.
• Improve and scale processes using AI, automation and smart tooling.

Required profile

• Passion for sales and technology with proven commercial experience in SaaS or IT services.
• Track record of selling solutions to mid‑size to large enterprises.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Curious, eager to learn and strong listening abilities.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian).
• Located within commuting distance of the Copenhagen office.
