Do you want to lead and develop a newly established team of highly skilled biomedical scientists? At Coloplast, you will be the people manager who develops and creates trust and a strong team engagement, enabling scientists to thrive and deliver technologies for better products for people with intimate health care needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team, ensuring individuals thrive and perform as one strong unit.
• Create clarity on priorities, expectations and ways of working for a newly established department.
• Encourage strong stakeholder relationships and position the team to contribute effectively across projects and exploration activities.
• Remove roadblocks, encourage ownership and support collaboration with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• People manager with strong coaching and stakeholder skills who creates a psychologically safe environment.
• Solid people‑management experience and genuine motivation to develop individuals and teams.
• Use coaching, feedback and active listening to build confidence, engagement and performance.
• Create structure, remove obstacles and help scientists turn their expertise into impact.
