Business Consultant – Life Sciences R&D Master Class (Copenhagen)

About the role

Veeva is seeking high‑potential early‑career professionals to join its Master Class program and pivot into Life Sciences consulting. The program serves as an alternative to an MBA, providing the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to become a Business Consultant focused on accelerating drug development and improving customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating and engagement models, processes, and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to develop tangible business and operational solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Life Sciences, an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD), or other non‑consulting work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Process‑driven, data‑oriented, with a high work ethic and integrity.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer engagements and internal events.

What we offer

• Starting salary of 600,000 DKK per year.
