About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial sales support to global frontline sales teams.
• Participate in customer visits, trials, demos, and trade shows.
• Act as test lead for standard robotic solutions and operational trials.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams on layouts, pricing, functionality, and process improvements.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and applications.
• Gather market insights to support product and business development.
• Support existing customers to ensure long‑term satisfaction.
• Travel approximately 50 days per year for visits, testing, training, and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or commercial support.
• Strong commercial and technical mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear, customer‑friendly language.
• Solid analytical and process understanding.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
