Field Sales Manager Electrophysiology - Western Denmark

About the role

At Johnson & Johnson MedTech, the Field Sales Manager will lead the Electrophysiology business across Western Denmark, driving commercial growth and supporting innovative cardiac arrhythmia treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales, market share and business objectives in the assigned region.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Clinical Consultants and commercial professionals.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, hospital stakeholders and key decision‑makers.
• Develop and execute local business and account plans and support new technology adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Commercial experience in healthcare, MedTech or pharmaceuticals.
• Fluent in Danish and English with willingness to travel extensively in Denmark.
• Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential.

Required skills

• Experience in Electrophysiology, Cardiology or Cardiac Rhythm Management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.

What we offer

• Base salary between kr661,000 and kr1,062,600 per year.
