Sales Specialist – Investment Banking Proposition (Nordics)

About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive growth of LSEG Data & Analytics’ Investment Banking proposition across deal‑making, advisory, sell‑side research and private equity workflow communities in the Nordics. This quota‑bearing, consultative position requires a hunter mentality, commercial discipline and credibility with front‑office advisory professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the go‑to‑market sales plan for new business and net‑new logos within the defined territory.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, commercial negotiation and close.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Develop relationships with senior business stakeholders and deliver compelling demonstrations of LSEG’s investment banking workflows and datasets.
• Translate client needs into value‑based propositions and win competitive displacements.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling financial data, analytics or workflow solutions, preferably at data and analytics vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to sell into investment banking and/or advisory clients.
• Strong hunter mentality, commercial drive and comfort engaging sophisticated front‑office stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English.
