About the role

Join Coloplast’s Master Thesis Program and work on a real‑world AI project that evaluates Annual Business Plans (ABPs) to predict market success. This thesis combines academic research with hands‑on experience in a global healthcare company.

Key responsibilities

• Explore AI methods to structure historical ABP submissions and identify patterns linked to commercial performance.
• Analyze 3‑5 years of country ABP data, including market expectations, priorities, initiatives, and assumptions.
• Provide insights to the Commercial Excellence team to support fact‑based prioritization and capital allocation.

Required profile

• Study background in business administration, strategy, management, data science, analytics, AI, economics, finance, marketing, sales, commercial excellence, information systems or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfort with structured and unstructured data, interest in AI/ML, ability to translate insights into commercial recommendations, curiosity about annual planning and performance management, and good stakeholder communication skills.
