Business Analyst (Sabbatical Year)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our fast‑growing tech startup during a sabbatical year or the gap between high school and university. You will work full‑time in our Strategy & Operations team, gaining rare insight into scaling a growth company.

Key responsibilities

• Support go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives by identifying target markets, segments and outreach strategies.
• Drive revenue operations (RevOps) by managing CRM, pipeline data, automations and sales performance metrics.
• Analyse data to improve lead quality, reduce manual work for sales and customer success, and track conversion drivers.

Required profile

• Demonstrated high ambition in school, work or personal projects.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Available for full‑time work during a sabbatical year or the period between high school and university.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Experience using a CRM system.
