About the role

We are looking for a motivated 1st Assistant to join our Netto store in Frederiksbjerg, Aarhus. You will be a key player on the shop floor, ensuring the store looks inviting and customers receive excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Keep shelves stocked and well‑presented throughout the day.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout and on the shop floor.
• Replenish inventory, receive deliveries and organise back‑room stock.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling when required.
• Step into leadership duties such as supervising colleagues or covering the store manager when needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Previous experience in retail or a customer‑facing role is a plus, but not mandatory.
