Sales Assistant – Fashion Retail (Ringsted Outlet)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our VERO MODA outlet in Ringsted. You will help create a memorable shopping experience by staying up‑to‑date with fashion trends and delivering top‑notch customer service in a vibrant retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented store that is ready for sales at all times.
• Execute sales and merchandising activities, including product placement and visual displays.
• Plan and carry out in‑store events and promotions in collaboration with the store manager.
• Leverage social media platforms to inspire customers and drive product purchases.

Required profile

• Ability to stay organized and keep an overview during busy periods.
• Completed sales assistant training or relevant experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Team‑player with a service‑mindset, energetic and smiling.
• Independent, proactive and able to lead in fashion, sales and service initiatives.
• Interest in, and experience with, social selling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) for customer engagement.
