Souschef (fuldtid) – Friheden

About the role

Lidl is looking for a motivated Souschef to support the store manager in delivering an excellent shopping experience at the Friheden location. This full‑time position offers immediate responsibility for store operations and a clear path for career development within Europe’s largest grocery chain.

Key responsibilities

• Plan resources and prioritize daily tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
• Train and coach team members to uphold Lidl’s values and store concepts.
• Lead staff, ensuring they succeed in their roles and maintain high service standards.
• Manage stock ordering, shelf replenishment, and cash‑register duties.
• Ensure compliance with Lidl’s store concepts and procedures.
• Take charge of the store in the manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Empathetic, strong leader who can motivate a diverse team.
• Retail experience, preferably in a similar supervisory role.
• Completed leadership training or a strong desire to develop leadership skills.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to assist colleagues hands‑on.
• Good understanding of store processes, procedures, and concepts.
