Souschef – Fuldtid i Rødovre

About the role

Lidl is looking for a motivated Souschef to support the store manager in Rødovre. You will help keep the shop tidy, stocked and ready for customers while developing your leadership skills in Europe’s largest grocery chain.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize daily work schedules and resources.
• Train and coach team members to follow Lidl’s values and concepts.
• Lead staff, ensuring they succeed in their roles.
• Maintain store standards, ordering, shelf‑stocking and cash‑register operations.
• Take responsibility for the store when the manager is absent.

Required profile

• Empathetic, strong leader who can motivate colleagues.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Detail‑oriented with a good overview of store processes.
• Willingness to work hands‑on alongside the team.
• Previous retail or similar supervisory experience is preferred.
