Recruiter – RPO Team (Copenhagen, Denmark)

About the role

Join Kelly’s international Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team as a Recruiter based in Copenhagen. You will work directly with a purpose‑driven science and technology client operating across the EMEA region, handling end‑to‑end recruitment for Denmark and other European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct briefing calls with the client to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen and interview candidates across various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and document selection decisions.
• Support candidates and hiring managers through offer administration and contract preparation.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates to deliver a positive experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle (360) recruitment experience, preferably in volume or agency hiring.
• Experience recruiting blue‑collar roles is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a structured approach to managing multiple requisitions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
