User Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to lead multi‑channel acquisition efforts and drive growth for its AI‑powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner. The role is fully onsite in Lisbon, with support for relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across paid search, social, display, influencer marketing and referral programs.
• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns, managing budgets, bids and targeting to maximise ROI.
• Track CPI, CPA and LTV using analytics and attribution tools, delivering actionable insights.
• Test new channels, creatives and messaging to continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and creative teams to align acquisition with launches and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing user acquisition or performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.

• A/B testing methodologies.
