About the role

Join Coloplast’s Ostomy Care team in Humlebæk, Denmark, as a Training Deployment Manager. You will design and deliver sales training programs that support global commercial initiatives and ensure the effectiveness of the worldwide salesforce.

Key responsibilities

  • Define the training strategy for the sales organization to sell and position the Ostomy Care portfolio.
  • Develop training programmes linked to major commercial initiatives, such as product launches.
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries to support execution of new product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with HQ departments, external agencies, and subsidiaries to align training with commercial goals.
  • Track the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives and create feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with field salesforce and call specialists across subsidiaries to ensure strategy implementation.
  • Attend congresses, sales meetings and spend time with field teams, traveling approximately 20‑30 days per year.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Training or a similar role.
  • Proven experience developing sales training programs and materials within a B2B framework.
  • Strong operational and strategic capabilities in sales training.
  • Experience in learning and development, including use of Learning Management Systems.
  • Hands‑on experience training sales representatives and managers.
  • Project‑management experience in a global company environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (Danish not required).
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
