Technical Designer – Construction Projects

About the role

Adapteo Danmark, working through its partner GML A/S, is looking for a Technical Designer to join its technical department. You will support construction projects with technical drawings, documentation and authority materials, acting as a professional link between Sales and Project. The position can be based in Randers or Greve.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and quality-check technical drawings, including bid drawings made with Sales and drawing sets for authorities and external consultants
• Produce detail drawings for project planning and execution, and maintain relevant module documentation
• Prepare materials for building applications and support the process with Byg og Miljø
• Coordinate technical clarifications with authorities and consultants and ensure smooth handover of technical information between Sales and Project
• Contribute to the structure, data discipline and quality of the quality assurance system

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a technical designer or in a similar role, with technical drawing, documentation, authority handling and quality assurance experience
• Education such as technical designer, construction technician or building constructor, or a trade qualification combined with technical drawing or project planning experience
• Experience in the construction or consulting industry and technical documentation in building
• Professional Danish and functional English, as the role sits within an international collaboration
• Structured, quality-conscious and team-oriented, able to communicate technical information clearly to different audiences

Required skills

• 3D modelling in Revit, AutoCAD or similar
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (an advantage)
• BIM knowledge and digital quality assurance systems (advantages)
