Senior Civil Engineer – Roads and Infrastructure

About the role

Hartvig Consult, a consulting engineering firm founded in 1999 and since January 2026 part of the Nordic advisory group Qflow, works on tunnels, road infrastructure, road construction, building modifications, traffic safety measures and light rail station sites for public and private clients. It is looking for a senior civil engineer for its roads and infrastructure department.

Key responsibilities

• Design of road and infrastructure projects
• Project management, construction supervision and specialist oversight
• Preparation of tender and offer documentation
• Dialogue with clients, authorities and partners

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Solid experience designing and managing infrastructure projects, backed by references
• Strong practical understanding of paving and construction work
• Fluent Danish, spoken and written
• Quality-conscious, structured and responsible, able to work independently and in teams
