Project Manager – Offshore and Marine Accommodation Projects

About the role

CS Accommodation supplies complete accommodation facilities for the offshore and marine industries, from small repair jobs to large new builds, covering flooring, panels, ceilings, doors, furniture, wet rooms, insulation, kitchens and dining areas. The company is growing and is strengthening its organisation with an experienced, independent project manager in Esbjerg. You will own your projects from start to delivery and help shape processes and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver your own projects on time, with the right quality and good economics
• Take part in tendering, procurement and resource allocation
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Follow up progress, schedule, resources, budget and quality
• Contribute to continuous process improvement, work methods, material choices and logistics
• Work daily with on-site supervisors, production and external partners
• Ensure safety, structure and documentation throughout the project
• Travel about 30 days per year; the workplace is in Esbjerg

Required profile

• Experience as a project manager, preferably in offshore or marine projects in accommodation, interior or technical installations
• Degree such as engineer, draughtsman or machinist
• Proactive, solution-oriented, structured and detail-focused
• Good communication skills and professional Danish and English
• Experience in demanding environments with limited space, noise restrictions and high safety requirements is an advantage
