Team Leader Electrical Maintenance

About the role

As Team Leader for electrical maintenance, you are responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the electrical department, which employs 15 electricians. You ensure that electrical installations, maintenance and tasks are carried out safely, efficiently and with high technical quality. The role combines people management, technical expertise and close cooperation with the rest of the organisation, and is based on site in Grindsted.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the electrical department and its 15 electricians, planning and coordinating work distribution, staffing and task prioritisation
• Ensure high standards in safety, quality and working environment
• Take overall responsibility for electrical installations on machines, process plants and buildings, and electrical maintenance in production
• Support smaller control tasks and technical changes, and follow up on functional checks and calibration tasks
• Carry out smaller technical projects and contribute to improvement initiatives in operations, safety and availability
• Work closely with production, other maintenance departments, CAPEX projects and support functions, and help the leadership team meet its targets

Required profile

• Diploma as an electrician or equivalent relevant electrical qualification
• Vocational education in electricity and solid practical experience in a production or industrial company
• Broad technical insight into electrical installations and maintenance in industrial settings
• Experience in, or enjoyment of, roles combining management responsibility and technical involvement
• Effective planning, prioritisation and execution of maintenance tasks
• Fluent Danish spoken and written, and business-level English
