Maintenance & Facilities Manager

About the role

CUBIC-Modulsystem A/S, part of Rockwell Automation, is looking for a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead and develop the maintenance and facilities function across its production sites in Brønderslev and Aabybro. The role ensures high equipment availability, reliable technical installations and well-maintained facilities, and aims to move the maintenance organisation from a mainly reactive approach to a proactive, preventive, planned and data-driven culture, using the Fiix maintenance management system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team
• Ensure high availability of production equipment and technical installations
• Manage the buildings and facilities in Brønderslev and Aabybro
• Develop and implement preventive and planned maintenance
• Implement and embed the Fiix maintenance management system
• Coordinate external contractors and service partners
• Manage maintenance and facility budgets and track relevant KPIs
• Take part in technical projects, investments and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Drive improvements in reliability, maintenance and energy efficiency

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Good spoken and written English
• Preferred: more than 8 years of experience in maintenance, technical operations or manufacturing
• Preferred: experience leading technical staff and with preventive maintenance systems
