Team Lead – Denmark

About the role

CVX Ventures is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to drive its Danish office in Copenhagen toward continued growth and profitability. You will shape the sales strategy, lead commercial initiatives, and ensure long‑term success while reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Build and manage a strong lead‑generation system.
• Drive sales performance and consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a top‑class sales team once growth milestones are met.
• Participate actively in budgeting and set organisational goals.
• Monitor KPIs and create action plans for continuous improvement.
• Represent CVX at events, conferences and networking gatherings.
• Collaborate closely with other senior leaders.
• Report directly to the CEO.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high‑growth startups or fast‑paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to sell and consistently achieve or surpass revenue targets.
• High work ethic, strong sense of urgency and a results‑driven mindset.
• Proactive ownership, people‑focused leadership and the ability to build trust with senior executives.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in Danish and English, with a network in the Danish startup ecosystem preferred.
