Strategic Account Executive (Nordics)

About the role

Benchling is looking for a results‑driven Strategic Account Executive to grow its business across the Nordics. You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing, while building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Generate at least 80% of your pipeline by identifying new opportunities and engaging diverse personas.
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts within +/-10% of target.
• Communicate the value of Benchling’s AI‑driven platform, tailoring presentations to each prospect’s needs.
• Lead negotiations with C‑level and other key decision‑makers, addressing objections and securing agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, customer success and channel teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Executive in data‑management, workflow SaaS or technology‑focused sales.
• Strong track record of pipeline generation and complex sales‑cycle management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
