Solution Engineer (ERP)

About the role

Nobia Group, one of Europe's largest kitchen specialists listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong understanding of business processes to turn business needs into practical system solutions. The company is moving from its current PRMS/AS400 environment towards SAP, and you will play an important part in this transformation while working closely with colleagues across the business and internationally. The role is based in Ølgod within a department of 32 colleagues, with some travel in Denmark and collaboration with international colleagues expected.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and process requirements into ERP solutions.
• Analyze and improve business processes and system functionality.
• Participate in projects and ERP change initiatives.
• Support super users and end users.
• Describe and coordinate system changes with external programmers.
• Help simplify and improve the IT and ERP landscape.

Required profile

• Several years of relevant experience or intensive use of ERP systems, preferably PRMS/AS400 or SAP.
• Deep understanding of production and/or supply chain.
• Experience with projects, implementations or business changes.
• Comfortable working hands-on and taking responsibility.
• Outgoing, curious and eager to learn, able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required skills
