CRM Technical Lead

About the role

Better Collective is looking for a CRM Technical Lead based in Copenhagen. As the technical authority for the Salesforce platform and the systems around it, you will report to the Head of Revenue Systems and lead the development and administration team day to day, around eight people mainly based in Serbia. The role is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Design the system architecture, integration patterns and cross-system data model, with a named source of truth for every object
• Decide whether a technical design is ready to build or needs more work first
• Document architecture decisions, what was chosen and what was rejected, so they remain readable in twelve months
• Manage, coach and develop the developers and administrators
• Set the standard for code quality, code review and how changes move between environments
• Remove single points of knowledge and push back when a build is over- or under-engineered

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and integrations, with at least 3 years leading a development team
• Experience designing integration architecture across more than one system, such as CRM, ERP and data platforms
• Salesforce DevOps experience: source control, CI/CD, code review and environment strategy
• A Salesforce Application or System Architect certification, or similar
• Fluent English and willingness to travel to Serbia regularly
