Advisory Solutions Consultant (Identity Security)

About the role

SailPoint, a leader in identity security, is hiring a full-time Solution Engineer (Advisory Solutions Consultant) to work remotely from Denmark, Sweden or Norway. Applicants must be residents of one of these countries with the right to work and speak English fluently, together with Danish, Swedish or Norwegian. The role combines technical expertise with customer engagement, working closely with sales teams and customer stakeholders to show how SailPoint's platform helps organisations secure access across their environments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support sales opportunities
• Engage with customers to discover and refine identity and security challenges
• Deliver technical demonstrations of SailPoint solutions
• Design solution approaches aligned to customer environments
• Support proof-of-value engagements and technical evaluations
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams across sales, product and engineering

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and how they operate
• Understanding or experience in identity and key identity principles
• Understanding or experience with IaaS environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Understanding or experience with AI-driven solutions
• Comfortable presenting professionally, including technical demonstrations
• Excellent written and communication skills
• 5+ years of experience, 3+ years preferred in identity security; education preferred but not required
