Senior ServiceNow Consultant – AI-driven projects

About the role

Devoteam, a leading digital consultancy with a focus on integrating AI-driven solutions, is looking for experienced ServiceNow consultants to join its largest Service Management consultancy house in Denmark. The role is full-time and based centrally in Copenhagen, with Danish and English fluency required. You will work on current projects and advise on new ones, covering areas such as HR, ITOM and IRM.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on implementation strategy, based on best practice and out-of-the-box ServiceNow
• Take part in smaller or larger implementation projects with other Devoteam consultants
• Develop and configure solutions supporting the customer's processes
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with customers
• Specify and design processes based on customer interaction and specifications

Required profile

• Consulting experience in the IT service management industry
• Experience configuring ServiceNow solutions
• Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken
• Willingness to stay up to date with ServiceNow and AI knowledge, with access to certifications and development

Required skills

• ServiceNow configuration
• JavaScript, HTML, C# or similar
