Sales Manager – Accessories Business Development

About the role

SkyBrands is an international trade and sourcing company developing and supplying products for leading European retail and capital chains, working with licensed brands and product concepts. It is now accelerating its Accessories business, and the Sales Manager drives business development across Europe, combining key account management with strong focus on new business, market development and commercial growth. The role is based at the main office in Vejle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the commercial direction of the Accessories business
• Strengthen cooperation with existing international retail and capital customers
• Drive new business and build relationships with new European customers
• Identify and develop new customer, market, licence and product opportunities
• Turn customer needs, trends and licence universes into attractive Accessories concepts
• Negotiate and sign commercial agreements with larger chain customers
• Link customers, sales, design, sourcing, purchasing and product development
• Contribute commercially to the Accessories team

Required profile

• Background such as Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial Manager or Sales Director
• Solid experience in international B2B sales and with large retail and capital chains
• Demonstrated results in customer development, new business and sales growth
• Experience negotiating and signing larger commercial agreements
• Fluent Danish and English; willing to travel
• A plus: experience in accessories, fashion, FMCG, non-food or consumer goods, private label or licensed products, and a network among European retailers
