Store Manager – Miele Experience Center Copenhagen

About the role

Miele Experience Center Copenhagen creates a first-class customer experience through personal advice, inspiring product experiences and high service standards. As Store Manager you lead the team, drive the shop's commercial results and turn international best practice into successful local activities, especially through events, demonstrations and an inspiring shop environment. The position is full-time and based on the Copenhagen experience centre.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily operations and commercial activities, including sales results, profit, stock control and local market opportunities
• Create a great customer experience through excellent service, product advice, offers and successful sales
• Work with marketing and other functions to generate traffic through campaigns, events, demonstrations and local activities, while keeping the active kitchen and hospitality area lively
• Coach and develop the team on product knowledge, sales skills and individual performance
• Take part in the shift plan, meet customers and set high standards for sales and service
• Ensure the team records customer data, follows up on sales opportunities and uses systems and reporting tools correctly
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, architects and developers

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and developing a sales team and strong understanding of consultative, value-based selling
• Proven experience running daily operations and commercial results in a shop or similar customer-facing setting
• Proven experience delivering first-class customer service and turning customer needs into sales
• Strong commercial sense and ability to work with sales targets, profit, budgets and performance data
• Excellent written and spoken Danish, both in writing and speech
