About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities for our SaaS digital construction software across Denmark, the Nordics and parts of Benelux. You will focus on prospecting, qualifying leads and setting up meetings for our Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, contact and qualify new business opportunities in the construction sector using cold calling, email and other outreach channels.
  • Research accounts to understand project challenges and initiate value‑based conversations.
  • Arrange online and on‑site meetings, linking prospects with Business Development Managers and Product Specialists.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaborate with marketing on lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on construction market trends and software developments.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve conversion rates and share customer insights.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a telemarketing or inbound/outbound sales role.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for cold calling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global sales team.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
