About the role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to drive B2B sales of contract‑based hygiene solutions across Copenhagen and surrounding areas. You will own a district, build a pipeline from scratch, and deliver tailored service agreements that improve customers' daily operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new B2B customers through outbound sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
  • Negotiate and close contract and subscription agreements for hygiene services.
  • Prepare proposals, cost calculations, and business cases.
  • Analyse customers' current solutions and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Cross‑sell and upsell across the company's service portfolio.
  • Collaborate with meeting‑bookers and internal support functions.
  • Report on pipeline progress and manage CRM data.

Required profile

  • Strong B2B sales background with a hunter mindset.
  • Experience in contract or subscription sales.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a personal pipeline.
  • Results‑driven, comfortable with KPI and budget targets.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and consultative selling skills.
