About the role
Rentokil Initial is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to drive B2B sales of contract‑based hygiene solutions across Copenhagen and surrounding areas. You will own a district, build a pipeline from scratch, and deliver tailored service agreements that improve customers' daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new B2B customers through outbound sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
- Negotiate and close contract and subscription agreements for hygiene services.
- Prepare proposals, cost calculations, and business cases.
- Analyse customers' current solutions and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Cross‑sell and upsell across the company's service portfolio.
- Collaborate with meeting‑bookers and internal support functions.
- Report on pipeline progress and manage CRM data.
Required profile
- Strong B2B sales background with a hunter mindset.
- Experience in contract or subscription sales.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a personal pipeline.
- Results‑driven, comfortable with KPI and budget targets.
- Excellent relationship‑building and consultative selling skills.
