Regional Performance & Transformation Manager

About the role

As the Regional Performance & Transformation Manager you will act as the primary representative for the Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX) team in the region, bridging regional teams with central ASCX pillars to support Satair's commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional commercial project portfolio, ensuring financial impact and performance metrics using LBIP and Agile methodologies.
• Execute the AOS regional roadmap in alignment with ASCX and the Regional Managing Director.
• Represent ASCX in regional forums such as the Customer Satisfaction Review Board, connecting regional teams with central functions.
• Drive a culture of commercial excellence and continuous improvement by identifying and addressing systemic irritants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience leading cross‑functional, regional and global continuous improvement and transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills, with fluency in English.
