Regional Performance & Transformation Manager

About the role

As the Regional Performance & Transformation Manager you will be the primary liaison for the Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX) team in the Copenhagen region. You will connect regional commercial teams with central ASCX pillars—processes, performance, data analytics and automation—to drive Satair’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional commercial project portfolio, ensuring financial impact and performance metrics using LBIP and Agile methodologies.
• Execute the Airbus Operating System (AOS) regional roadmap in alignment with ASCX and the Regional Managing Director.
• Represent ASCX on the Regional Customer Satisfaction Review Board and other commercial forums, acting as a critical connector between regional teams and central functions.
• Promote a culture of commercial excellence and continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating systemic irritants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 5‑10 years of proven experience leading cross‑functional, regional and global continuous‑improvement or transformation projects, preferably in aviation aftermarket commercial operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional language relevant to the region is a plus.
