The position is based at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Initiative for Vaccines and Immunity (NIVI) Research Center, University of Copenhagen, and will support vaccine candidate development against respiratory pathogens.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and optimise LNP barcoding and high‑throughput screening pipelines using molecular barcodes and next‑generation sequencing.
- Develop automated liquid‑handling and robotic protocols for large‑scale in‑vitro and in‑vivo assays.
- Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical modelling to guide formulation optimisation.
- Integrate wet‑lab and dry‑lab data streams, including machine‑learning approaches for data interpretation.
- Collaborate with immunology and microbiology teams to translate screening results into vaccine candidates.
Required profile
