Payroll Consultant

About the role

Nobia is looking for a Payroll Consultant to join its Payroll team within People & Culture. You will handle payroll end-to-end and a range of administrative and advisory tasks related to pay, working with colleagues and external partners such as pension funds, SKAT and DI. The position is 30-37 hours depending on your wishes, hybrid, based at the office in Tilst or Ølgod.

Key responsibilities

• Run payroll from start to finish, mainly in EPOS
• Reconcile and book payroll entries
• Handle reimbursements (maternity, sick leave and similar)
• Support managers and employees on pay questions
• Optimise and streamline payroll processes
• Contribute to the re-implementation of EPOS
• Take on ad-hoc payroll tasks

Required profile

• Solid experience running payroll from A to Z
• Good understanding of systems and familiarity with Excel
• Comfortable navigating new systems
• Structured, deadline-oriented and detail-focused
• Familiarity with DI collective agreements
• Clear, professional communication with stakeholders and colleagues
