Consultant Student Worker 2027 – Copenhagen

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, offers a Consultant Student Worker programme in Copenhagen for students who want a taste of life as a consultant and preparation for a future full-time role. You will work alongside experienced consultants on proposals and live projects while continuing your studies, with mentoring and coaching from colleagues across the firm. The expected start date is Q1 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Work on proposals and live projects for challenging engagements with significant impact on clients, industries and society.
• Contribute mainly through research and analysis, supporting project teams as they tackle client challenges.
• Develop communication skills and build an internal network while studying.
• Receive mentoring and coaching from colleagues across the firm.

Required profile

• Student in the final year of a Bachelor's degree or at the start of a Master's, with graduation expected within 1-2 years.
• Strong academic performance and intellectual curiosity; no specific major or prior consulting experience required.
• Previous student job or internship experience preferred but not required.
• Initiative, creativity, adaptability and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship or extracurricular achievements are highly valued.
• Danish or another Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish) and English (native or fluent).
